REEL UNLIMITED TERMS OF SERVICE

1. INTRODUCTION AND SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Founded in 2021, Reel Unlimited® is a global design subscription service for agencies and startups operating across multiple regions including Ireland, Mexico, New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Canada, Poland, France, South Africa, India, Nigeria, Italy, Portugal, and Brazil. We serve businesses with unlimited graphic design, video, motion graphics, UI/UX, and web development through dedicated designers, branded client portals, and unlimited revisions.

The following terms and conditions (these "Terms of Service") and the payment terms in this agreement govern services offered on or through www.reelunlimited.com, or the Reel Unlimited local affiliates, including but not limited to www.reelunlimited.co.uk, www.reelunlimited.com.au, www.reelunlimited.ca, www.reelunlimited.ie, www.reelunlimited.com.sg, www.reelunlimited.com.hk, www.reelunlimited.co.nz, and other non-English official websites listed at www.reelunlimited.com/local-sites where all official local sites are listed (collectively, the "Site").

This Terms of Service document ("Agreement") is established between:

U.S. Operations:

• Tarkle, Inc. dba Reel Unlimited (1309 Coffeen Avenue, Sheridan, Wyoming, 82801, United States)

• Reel Unlimited, Inc. (107 Ray Avenue, Hueytown, Alabama, 35023, United States)

International Operations:

• Tarkle Limited (Suite 10 Capital House, 61 Amhurst Road, London, United Kingdom, E8 1LL)

• Tarkle Limited (Unit B, 11/F Yam Tze Commercial Building, 23 Thomson Road, Wan Chai, 999077, Hong Kong)

These entities are collectively referred to as "Reel Unlimited", "we", "us", or "our" and you as the user. This Agreement outlines the rules and conditions for accessing and using our digital platforms across all regions and our subscription-based design services ("Services").

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services on or through the Site. By using our platforms or Services in any region, you confirm that you have reviewed, comprehended, and consent to follow this Agreement on behalf of yourself or on behalf of your employer or any other entity (if applicable).

You are responsible for following your local laws and regulations when accessing our Services.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. By continuing to use our platforms and Services after any updates, you accept the changes in their entirety. All updates are effective immediately upon posting.

2. PRIVACY GUIDELINES

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data across all regions we serve. Your continued use of our platforms indicates acceptance of our Privacy Policy, which is part of this Agreement.

Users must be 18 years or older to use our Services. By using our platforms and Services, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Reel Unlimited and meet all eligibility requirements outlined in this Agreement. We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information in compliance with applicable regional data protection laws.

3. COMMUNICATION POLICY

Reel Unlimited responds to all customer inquiries within 1-2 business days during our standard business hours. Our support team operates across multiple time zones to serve our global customer base effectively.

Communication channels include:

• Email support through our regional contact systems

• Live chat during business hours Monday to Friday

• Help center documentation available globally

We maintain professional communication standards and expect the same from our customers. See Section 17 for our respect and conduct policies.

4. SERVICE PROVISIONS AND ACCESS

4.1 Service Access

When you follow this Agreement and maintain an active subscription with paid fees, you can access our Services globally. We strive to keep our Services running smoothly across all regions, except during scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical issues.

4.2 Account Requirements

Your use of our Services must comply with this Agreement. You commit to:

• Provide true and complete account information

• Keep your account details current

• Maintain login credential security

• Report any unauthorized account access immediately

• Take responsibility for all account activity

4.3 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for having the necessary internet connection, devices, and technical setup to use our Services, including any related costs.

4.4 Account Termination

Reel Unlimited may terminate your account without advance notice if we determine you have:

• Broken this Agreement

• Shared account access with unauthorized parties

• Misused our services or treated our team inappropriately

• Used services for unlawful purposes

• Violated our respect and conduct policies (see Section 17)

4.5 Subscription End Policy

When your subscription ends for any reason, we immediately stop all work on your projects regardless of completion status or circumstances. It is your responsibility to manage project timelines and ensure adequate subscription time for project completion. We cannot provide any assistance or complete any work once your subscription has ended.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT POLICY

5.1 Pricing Structure

Reel Unlimited reserves the right to change service prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals. Continuing to use our Services after a price change indicates your acceptance of the new rates.

Regional pricing is available in local currencies where applicable. We offer the following subscription and service options:

Monthly Subscriptions: Require a minimum 2-month commitment. You will be billed for 2 months minimum before being eligible for free cancellation. Cancelling before the 2-month period may incur a termination fee equivalent to the difference of our 30-day access pricing.

Alternative Billing: Subscriptions can also be paid quarterly, bi-annually, and yearly upon request via invoice.

30-Day Access: A single month service (non-renewable) where clients can purchase our service for 30 calendar days without any renewal or contract requirements. 30-day access typically costs more than regular subscriptions but has no subscription requirements. This option is ideal for seasonal needs and does not include automatic payments as it expires after 30 days. While 30-day access is paid for 30 calendar days, work is only performed on business days during that period.

Single Projects: Paid via advertised rates or service prices, varying by project type. Each single project service includes only 1 project and cannot be used as multiple or subscription-based service. Purchasing one service means you will request a single design, content, or development project clearly according to the advertised services. Additional services, whether large or small, cannot be requested on single projects, and milestones should not exceed the advertised terms.

Bundles: Combinations of services if offered, linked to their advertised terms.

White-Label Services: White-label allows agencies to use their own branding in the project management dashboard and invite their colleagues and team to collaborate on requests. Our name and branding are hidden, and only owners know they are contracting with Reel Unlimited. Our system masks our domain and replaces it with client domain, and email notifications come from client email. Communication on projects is also masked, and our staff and team names don't show as Reel Unlimited but as client name.

White-label is offered as an add-on purchase and must be paid at advertised rates. Client understands we cannot guarantee strict fully white-label service, and it's possible it may expressly, intentionally, or accidentally display our name in communications, systems, or deliverables. While we will do our best to respect this agreement, this feature is currently in development and unstable and may result in intentional or unintentional disclosure of Reel Unlimited.
